Front End Developer Needed

We are building an e-commerce website focused on the classified market and are putting our own unique spin on how people shop locally. We have been working on the project for some time now and have the entire back-end built, so we are looking for a front-end developer(s) to take our wireframes and mockups and code them, and then work with our back-end programmer to integrate the two pieces.
Our site has quite a few dynamic features to it, so you will need to be very well versed in Ajax/Jquery and HTML5/CSS3. We also need the site to be cross-platform compatible, so you will need to understand responsive web design principles. Our backend is built on PHP and uses the Yii framework.
